In-Memory Document Checks
When you upload an Aadhaar card or certificate to check for mistakes, the document is read in-memory. Our servers extract the name and date fields to run spelling matches and then discard the file immediately. We never save your uploaded files on disk.
No Data Tracking or Logging
We do not sell, rent, or trade your query parameters or application files. We do not maintain historical logs connecting search queries to individual IP addresses or usernames. Your cases belong to you.
Official Portal Queries Only
SevaApply crawls and monitors public central/state guidelines. We do not gather or index private databases. All information displayed is compiled from public guidelines available on official departments sites.
Safe Links & Redirects
We check every external URL to ensure it points exclusively to the verified, official government port (e.g. *.gov.in or *.nic.in) before directing you to apply, protecting you from fraud and duplicate copies.
